Let Them Eat Cake

You will need:

• Blindfolds
• Cupcakes or other snack cake – one for each player

How to play Let Them Eat Cake:

• Players are paired off into teams of two
• Each player is given a cupcake or a snack cake and then blindfolded
• Players must feed their partner their cupcake within one minute
• The team that has successfully fed each other the most of the cupcake wins!

Put a Ring on It

You will need:

• Chopsticks or wooden skewers
• Gummy fruit rings or any round candy with a hole in the middle that will fit on the chopstick or skewer

How to play Put a Ring on It:

• Fill a bowl for each player with candy rings
• Give each player a chopstick or wooden skewer
• Players place the chopstick or skewer in their mouth and try to get 10 rings onto the skewer within one minute without using their hand

Bridal Portraits

You will need:

• Blank paper – one sheet per player
• One tube of lipstick per player (Tip: purchase these at the dollar store)

How to play Bridal Portraits:

• Give each player a sheet of paper and a tube of lipstick.
• Have the bride sit where everyone can see her
• Players must place the lipstick in their mouths and have one minute to draw a portrait of the bride without touching the lipstick with their hands!

Cold Feet

You will need:

• Large bowls of ice water
• Large plastic or metal rings
• Towels for cleanup

How to play Cold Feet:

• Prepare a bowl of ice water for each player
• Add 10 metal or plastic rings to each bowl
• Players sit in front of their bowl of water and try to fish out all the rings with their bare feet!
• Player who fishes out all 10 rings in one minute wins

Reel Him In

You will need:

• Two rolls of toilet paper
• Champagne glasses
• Pictures of the groom

How to play Reel Him In

• Unwind about 10 feet of toilet paper from each roll and place them on the floor.
• Fill the champagne glasses with water and tape a picture of the groom to each one
• Place the champagne glasses on the end of the unrolled toilet paper
• Players must roll the toilet paper back up, reeling in the groom as they go
• Don’t rip the paper or tip the glass!
• First player to grab their groom off of the toilet paper wins!

Tying the Knot

You will need:

• Cherry stems

How to play Tying the Knot:

• Hand each player a cherry stem. The first player to tie their stem in a knot inside their mouth is the winner!

Cake Construction

You will need:

• Plastic cups (white works well)
• Lightweight wedding cake topper

How to play Cake Construction:

• Give each player or team at least 20-30 cups and a cake topper
• Players race to see who can build the best “cake” out of their cups. The topper must be placed on the cake!
• After one minute, the bride will decide who has the best cake

Finding “The One”

You will need:

• Small bowls
• Chopsticks
• Popcorn kernels

How to play Finding “The One”

• Before playing, color or paint one popcorn kernel per bowl a different color, such as green or red. Hide them in the bowls.
• Give each player a pair of chopsticks and a bowl of popcorn kernels.
• Players have one minute to find and remove the colored kernel from their bowls with the chopsticks!

Hide the Sausage

You will need:

• Hot dogs – one per player
• String
• Toilet paper

How to play Hide the Sausage:

• Tie a hot dog to one end of a length of string, and tie the other end around the player’s waist.
• Place a toilet paper roll (hole facing up) on the ground in front of each player
• Players race to see who can “hide their sausage” in the hole of the toilet paper the quickest. No hands allowed!

Toss the Garter

You will need:

• Elastic garter
• Sparkling cider, wine, or soda bottles

How to play Toss the Garter

• Set the bottles up on the floor in a triangle shape
• Players stand 6 feet away from the bottles and try to toss or fling the garter so it lands over the top of one of the bottles.
• Accomplish the task in one minute or less!

Price Match

You will need:

• Several household items that the bride and groom may need, such as cleaning supplies, small trash cans, cooking utensils, etc
• The price of each item written on a card

How to play Price Match

• Line the items up on the table
• Hand players cards with the prices written on them
• Players have one minute to correctly match the prices to the items!

Pass the Rice, Please!

You will need:

• Rice
• Bowls
• Jars

How to play Pass the Rice, Please!

• Fill up two bowls with rice and place two empty jars at the other end of the room.
• Players line up between the bowl and the jar
• On a signal, players must pass the rice hand to hand to try to fill the jar on the opposite side of the room
• The team with the most rice in their jar after one minute wins

Shave the Groom

You will need:

• Balloons
• Shaving cream
• Disposable razors

How to play Shave the Groom

• Give each player an inflated balloon and a razor
• Players have one minute to lather a shaving cream “beard” onto their balloon and then shave it off again without popping it!

Wedding Alphabet

You will need:

• Blank paper
• Pencils or other writing utensils

How to play Wedding Alphabet:

• Give each player a sheet of paper and a pencil
• Players have one minute to write one wedding-related word or phrase for each letter of the alphabet

• List of dates important to the bride and groom
• Individual pieces of paper with the months of the year and the numbers 1-31 on them

How to play Save the Date:

• Ask the bride for a list of dates that are important to her and her husband to be. (First date, first kiss, birthdays, day someone first said “I love you,” proposal date and wedding date!)
• Lay out pieces of paper with the months of the year and the numbers 1-31
• Call out a date, such as “date of their first kiss.”
• Players rush to the table and grab a month and day to bring to the bride
• The bride can tell players that their date is “too early” or “too late” and they can go grab a different date.
• The player who brings the most correct dates to the bride wins

• Small mints such as Altoids
• Bowls or plates

How to play Mint for Each Other:

• Give each player two bowls or plates
• Fill one bowl or plate with mints
• Give each player a straw
• Players have one minute to move as many mints as possible from one bowl or plate to the other using only the straw in their mouths. No hands allowed!
• Winner is the person who has moved the most mints.
